Shang chi forced subs not working

trying to download Shang Chi from disney plus, and I have forced sub's checked and remux into file but they are not displaying when I play the video.

works for me in VLC and Plex, If you downloaded both regular and forced (the default) windows media player will only play the regular subtitles. WMP only supports one subtitle tract per video.

I can't get it to work in WMP. I downloaded the eng forced only, still won't display. So, now I downloaded the forced subs only and not remux to video, then I am using dvdfab converter to add the forced subs to the file. Kind of a hassle, but a solid work around
