Issue downloading Purchased Amazon Content

Hi,
I'm trying to download Season 14 to of Say Yes to the Dress, and Seasons 9 and 10 of Law & Order Criminal Intent.
I'm getting a failed download message.

I was able to download some other shows with the Amazon Downloader today, Scrubs Season 8 for example.
