Mac 5.0.0.8 Peacock still stuck on parsing data only - no downloads

Other services appear to work - cant download videos from peacock - the page provides a "your system configuration is not compatible error message" and just gets stuck in a analysing, parsing loop on the videos.

Cannot attach log as no room left (and feedback function from app does not work) - log will be emailed through .

When the Feedback function doesn't work, please try to remove the log folder, and then replicate your download process which will generate a new log folder, try to send/Feedback again.
