Keep Getting Update Popup For 4.0.2.5 But It's Not Installed

I have removed 4.0.2.5 and everything I could find related to it but I still keep getting popups telling me I don't have the latest version. How do I make it stop?

Do you have StreamFab version 5 on the same computer? Please uninstall it as well. And please go to check under C:\Users\your computer name\AppData\Roaming, remove any folders that are related to DVDFab Downloader or StreamFab and then reboot your computer to try again.
If still have a problem, please take a screenshot and show us.

Yes. I also tried reinstalling it so that I could follow the update prompt.

That is what I did, I uninstalled everything and removed everything relating to it from my computer. I rebooted and reinstalled... I got the popup and decided to reinstall version 4 just so I could follow the prompt. That didn't work either. There must be a file I missed or a key in the registery I still need to delete.
