Somehow I am getting the wrong English track on a video. It keeps getting the "descriptive audio" rather than the normal track. How can I make sure to keep this from happening? I have tried two different English selections while starting to download and both times I got the descriptive audio. IS there some setting or something that needs to be changed?

what service are you downloading from that is giving you the descriptive audio ?? -
