downloads were 1080p earlier, now only 720

Was surprised that some was downloading at 1080p yesterday and today because there hasn't been an update to any of the releases in the changelog for it. Not all are downloading at 1080p though, some are downloading at 720p and its downloading as 720p as indicated but some were saying it downloaded at 720p but really the downloaded copy was 400p-480p. Only the 720p downloads are doing this variation in resolution, the 1080p downloads are downloading correctly. Overall, it's still not downloading correctly. Some downloads on Amazon are acting the same way.
