    [Solved] CW : Failure accessing video information

    Hello guys,

    At each movie or serie on CW I'm getting the next error message : Failure accessing video information, please make sure that you can play back the video.
    When i check the CW website via Chrome everythings working great, but when trying to download something it always gets stuck with this message.

    It may just be specific content. I can successfully download 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?". Can you?

        Thank you very much. Also a wonderfull 2022 !

        Problem is solved after installing Version 5.0.1.3!!!
