    Different fomats shown for each episode - Amazon

    I want to download Mr. Robot S01 from Amazon Prime. After I select it, SF scans it and presents the list of episodes, but shows them each in a different format. Why is this happening?

    Here are my settings for General and VIP services tabs.

    Hi,

    It's not the problem of StreamFab, it's the episode name from Amazon.

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Yep! I realized it after submitting this post. I checked from the browser and saw the names are that way in Amazon. Since I am a new member, I was unable to delete the thread.
