5.0.2.3 Discovery plus still not working

When download "The Dead Files" i can select the English subs, but no subs are added to the file

thank you. I tried other ones, and none of them are working. Paranormal State, Ghost Hunters etc

just tried myself and subs download in the UK but not in the US
