Channel 4 problem

Version: 5.0.2.3

I can open Netflix, Amazon etc from the 'VIP Services' tab - but nothing happens when I click Channel 4.

If I go to the website manually from the 'Home' tab, I can load up a show's page but there is no option to download the show.

The developer said that he also needs the log file named drmDownloader to check the issue. Please provide it as well, thank you.

when I use this plugin. it only plays the video. it never starts the page analyze to grab a video. i have the 3 free videos for now. want to try it, but it never "runs" how do you force it to run to grab the video so that i can say download. I can watch it fine, just want to download "Help" movie

Please completely remove StreamFab, including the whole log folder, and then download and install the offline version to try again and see the result.

Thanks, this fixed the problem for me. Sadly, the show I want to download is only coming down at 1024 x 576 resolution, which isn't really good enough quality... so I've decided not to buy the Channel 4 downloader licence.
