    New StreamFab/MacOS User, Multiple Issues

I want to report a few issues using newly downloaded, installed, and activated apps. The first thing I have noticed is performance issues related to where DVDFab/StreamFab puts its temporary flies. It seems no matter what settings I set for all directory options, there is still a "DVDFab" in my user "Documents" folder. The problem with this is that I use iCloud Drive, as many other Mac users do, to sync my "Documents" and "Desktop" folders to iCloud. Putting your cache files, etc, inside "Documents" makes extra unnecessary work and network traffic, as everything you put there is being uploaded and downloaded from iCloud on every Apple device I have. I would recommend placing all temporary files in ~/Library/Application\ Support, which is used by most MacOS apps for that type of data. That area is NOT synced to iCloud and would not cause the performance issues.

The additional problem that I have been seeing is a crash when trying to quit the app. Several StreamFab processes remain running and never stop unless you use "force close" on them. And this likely corrupts the cache/config/temporary data that is, again, syncing back and forth to iCloud. So I am constantly seeing this especially given the large size of the file you place there.

I have surgically removed alll traces of StreamFab and reinstalled multiple times. I have also attempted to make ~/DVDFab a symbolic link to a folder that does not sync to iCloud. I would say that showed some promise of improvement, but it still does not stop the constant app crashed when trying to quit. I have attempted changing all settings available with no success. My system details are below. I would appreciate any help you can provide, but I mostly hope you will share this with the developers so they can take a serious look at it.

I have reported the force close issue for the last 5 version of the mac app. I have sent diagnostic logs and the crash logs, but they still havent addressed this major issue.

Thank you mkbr! I appreciate you sharing that. I'm starting to regret purchasing the all-in lifetime package. I should have read the forums first.
