    Unable to download anything on Netflix

    In version 5.0.2.3 and 5.0.2.4 I've been unable to download anything in Netflix. I'm able to log in and see the initial home page in Netflix, but once I click on a title all I see is a completely black page. The parser never opens to examine contents. I've opened Edge and have cleared the cache many times.

    I'm running SF 5.0.2.4 in Windows 11 in Parallels on a Mac. Have been using SF like this for a few months without any issues until recently. Other providers work fine (Amazon, HBOMax, Peacock, Disney+, Hulu). Its just Netflix I'm having the problem with. Is this a known issue, or just an issue with me?

    Please delete the cache folder to try again and see if it will make a difference.
    The path to locate the folder:
    C:\Users\xxx\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\temp\cache

      I deleted the cache folder but I'm still having the issue. Log attached.

        The developer said it's more like a network issue, can you view the same movie using a regular browser?

        Please zip the whole log folder, the developer needs all the info in the log folder to help diagnose it. Thanks.

          Not sure what's changed but I'm able to download from Netflix today. But to answer your question, I am and have been able to watch Netflix in browser. I was only having problems in SF. I'm also not having problems with any other providers in SF, just NF. In any event, I'll post again if the problem reoccurs. Thank you.

            I see that a lot, people have network issues or other computer issues and they blame the program, it is always the software's fault. LOL

              Have the same problem on the Mac. netflix no download. all others go.
              On the Windows PC netflix download works.
