I have tried installing the latest version of the intel version of StreamFab on macOS but it always fails during package validation. This also fails on the last few versions that I know of.

Are you using the M1 version or the intel version?
Please download the latest one at https://dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_MAC to try again.
If still have a problem, please take a screenshot of the error window to show us, please provide the whole log folder as well, we will check again.
