Paramount+ failing after payment subscription ended

    Hello,

My Paramount+ payment subscription ended, so now I am viewing my shows with ads.

The Paramount+ downloader is now no longer able to analyse the episodes, and is forever analysing zero episodes left:

There are no error or warning messages.

The episodes I am trying to download are from Magnum PI:

Watch thousands of episodes of your favorite shows on any device. Paramount+ includes on-demand and live content from CBS, BET, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, Paramount, and more.

I have also attached the log file.

I would be grateful for any suggestion.

    Thank you.

The ad-supported tier of Paramount Plus still requires a paid subscription, it's just less expensive then the ad-free tier. Are you sure you have access to the content you're trying to download? Only pilot episodes of their original series are available without a paid subscription.

This. Paramount does not offer a 'free' mode, merely ad free and ads

I do not think this has anything to do with the subscription. I noticed today that if I go to download episodes of Star Trek Next Generation...it pulls in all the episodes across all the seasons the show aired like normal. However when I go to do the same for Deep Space Nine....I get what you mentioned above....analyzing episode information....0 left and it just sits there.

So I think this has something to do with Paramount+ or the way the show is inspected. I'm not sure why it works for some shows and others do this. I got the same with Star Trek Voyager too.

Indeed, I can confirm that I can view the episodes in my web browser, and even in the StreamFab window itself, so it is not related to my subscription. The show is simply not downloading - analysing episode information....0 left and it just sits there.

I completely uninstalled StreamFab 5.0.2.7, rebooted PC, reinstalled..... same issue. I think Paramount+ has either done something on their side knowingly or unknowingly to goof this up. A few shows still work....most do not now.

If I had to guess...it seems to be an issue with grabbing the metadata...... but I'm not 100% certain.
