Getting a crash whenever downloading The Batman and adding Moon Knight to a schedule to be downloaded.

Did you update using the prompt in the app to update? If so, try running the Off-line installer over top of it. (latest offline installer can be found at -> https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm?trackid=headmenu2 )

I always use the offline installer and my program crashes quite frequently on all 3 of my computers. It's hit or miss on what show it's trying to download.
