    Disney+ can't download some episodes

One of the handful of episodes I'm having issues with on Disney+ is Doug season 1 episode 12.

I can download it just fine with competitors, but streamfab won't download this episode regardless of options selected for audio & subtitles.

Anyone else available to test it out and see if I'm the only one with this problem?

    Corey,

    Win10/64 with StreamFab 5.0.3.4

Just tested Disney+ Doug S01E12 and it downloaded & played ok here.

    1. I would first upgrade to 5.0.3.4 (that's what I'm on now)

    2. Did you try clearing cache & queue files?

    Delete C:/Users/"Your Computer ID Name"/Documents/DVDFab/StreamFab/Temp/*.*

    3. Then uninstall & reinstall from offline full install if that didn't help?

    4. If you did, and still have the problem you need to submit log files for them to look at.

    Just another user...

Thanks for checking that out, I appreciate it! I had to downgrade from the latest back to 5.0.3.3 because it was closing unexpectedly.
