Are we not able to download YouTube TV recordings? Its shows M3U8 at the top, but it doesn't let me download any videos.

So I guess even LIVE streams that are available to re-watch cannot be downloaded? Its showing M3U8 so that means it cannot be downloaded?

Even many other regular videos i tried to get won't allow to be downloaded as the analyzing keeps loading but fails.
