Amazon problems Downloading 6/15/22

I am not sure what has changed, but it seems to be working...'

I am trying out things to download. Thought I would try Amazon.
"Failure analyzing this video ,please make sure you can access and playback the video"
It seems to be stuck in this mode.
I am signed in , I was trying "Kids in The Hall" new season, then I got this message i tried other things I have purchased.
It will not play in the program's browser as before.

Using version 5.0.3.7
