Hi, I've tried with the latest update too but Disney+ has a black screen and won't show anything, ones like amazon come up, i think its only Disney+.

    Any help welcome, TIA, Paul.

Win 10/64, 5.0.3.9 working ok for me.

    I'd recommend...

    1. Uninstall StreamFab 5.0.3.8 (or 5.0.3.9 if you updated to it) from add/remove programs

    2. Delete the Temp Files (to clear any bad stuff) & Log files (so you can zip & send them with only this Disney+ event if you still have the error)

    3. Install 5.0.3.9 offline version from:

    4. Try Disney+ again after above

    5. If you still have a problem, zip the log files and attach to this thread.

By default Disney+ activity (log file) is in the log file that contains everything you do in StreamFab.

That's one reason I usually delete the log file & redo the test, cause the file will then only contain the test/problem and will be smaller for upload in case the log file is currently too big.

        C:\Users"Your User Name"\Documents\DVDFab\Streamfab\Log (See attached)

If you go to settings & General in StreamFab, it tells you exactly where your log file is located if it's not at above path

Also be *sure* you deleted the temp directory and try accessing Disney+ because deleting the temp directory seems to fix a lot of things that are "stuck".

The location of the temp directory is also shown by looking at Settings and General in StreamFab.
