Because the show Im trying to download is not on peacock. If it was I would be using that.

I have just tried a Dish network account and I am getting the same results. Its just stuck. In chrome and edge it works fine.

Possibly something blocking streamfab in your antivirus software. Can you turn it off and try?

I have tried on 2 different computers and I get the same results. are you running windows 10 or 11

Dont worry about it now the issue has been in effect for so long I have missed about 10 shows and they cant be downloaded because they have expired. I cant believe support take so long to work on anything,
