Multi license for StreamFab

Greetings,

On april th 4th I bought your promotion of " DVDFab Multi-Authorization for 3 PCs (Never Expire) " thinking I could use one license for a Mac installation.

Alas it doesn't seem to work, the Mac's StreamFab stays unlicensed.

I'll gladly remove one installation for PC to get one for Mac, is it possible ?

If it is I would be very happy.

DVDFab Multi-Authorization for 3 PCs only works with the product or license that is of the same platform.
For example, if you have a windows version of DVD Copy plus a DVDFab Multi-Authorization for 3 PCs, you can use the DVD Copy on 4 Windows computers at the same time.
