NetFlix Incomplete Close Caption

I am only getting a single line of close caption when DLiing Grey's Anatomy Season 18 from NF.

The subtitles still aren't working in 5.0.4.5 either. I also noticed that they weren't right DLing Legacies Season 4 on NF.

The QA team could not duplicate the problem.
Which line can you get? Please take a screenshot and show us.
Any other information that can help check the issue is appreciated too.
