Broke assed popup survey

So streamfab popped a survey, I tried to submit my suggest which was no new features until the existing ones are working.

it wouldn't let me submit with an error that I had to select one of the options for new features, so I selected one, that might get Disney+ to work at 1080p by making an Android app and tried to submit again, This time it wouldn't submit with the error message that I'd already submitted.

C'mon at least make a survey that works.

Not only did I get the survey pop-up from the app, but I also got an email announcing new features and pointing to the survey... which, after I fill out, tells me I already submitted.
