Constat Disney+ Download issues

Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

I have tried to download multiple movies and TV series from Disney. I have constant failures with a few of the downloads actually working. It takes me a lot of time but eventually I can get the downloads. Here is what I've done:

exit out of streamfam and reopen app

logout of disney, close app, open app, relog in

clean cache, then reopen app.

Nothing seems to consistently work as it will take multiple attempts to get all the files downloaded succesfully.

I've attached files for developers to see the issues and what I've done to finally get some success but open to any other ideas anyone may have that has ran into this problem and fixed it.

Hi, did you try to use a different path as the temp directory?

Hi Mona....I just tried that, no change in the problem. As a test, I tried downloading Running Wild with Bear Grylls, season 1. Downloaded first 2 episodes, then failed on last 4. That has been what I've been experiencing all along. Thanks.
