Amazon not working right

StreamFab 5.0.5.6 - I can't download Samaritan: "Failure accessing video information...".
What am I doing wrong?

You may try to delete the temp and log folder and then try again and see the result. If still got a problem, the latest StreamFab log file will be needed to check it out.
For the default temp and log path, please check the settings panel.

You may post the log file here or send it through the program which will automatically create a ticket with the log file.
