Downloading twice problem

Hello All,
I downloaded something from you tube and it did not download all the way . (The concert was only the last 20 minutes, I want the whole show).
I tried to do it again and it acts like it won't do it again using that same address.
Is there a way to make it so that it will download it again?

Ok, I renamed the file folder that it output into. For example "YouTube", so I put a Z in front of it "ZYouTube" and it generated a new folder and downloaded twice. This time it seems like the full program.
