Discovery Plus Progress False Lag

Everything works fine...better than fine actually....download speeds run about 160-170mb/s, but the progress indicator stops at 49% and then restarts at about 98% right before finishing.
Some may think it has frozen, but it hasn't. It's just not updating the indicator.
