StreamFab v5.0.5.7 (Win) DRM MPD only downloads 15 or 30 second commercial

I have used this downloader in the past with these sites and didn't have any trouble. Just recently when I try and dload any episodes from these sites, I end up with a 15 or 30 second commercial/promo from the site.
