    6.0 Not Analyzing Netflix

    Cabinet of Curiosities does not analyze. Plays fine, but no dl

    Delete your log and Temp directories. Try again. If still having a problem, attach your StreamFab.log file to your reply message.

      Having the same problem! Tried the suggestion to delete the log and temp files. But now I can't log into the Netflix downloader at all (although I can still access all my other downloaders). HELP!!!

        Shutdown StreamFab and reboot computer. Deleting the log and Temp files would not cause you to lose one module. Are you sure that is all you deleted? If reboot doesn't help, uninstall 6.0.0.0 and then reinstall it. Use update at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download...=StreamFab_x64 or https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download...reamFab_Online (for 32bit).

          Hi guys,

          Having no problems here, just now processed Cabinet of Curiosities from Netflix. (see attached)

          Steps I would do.

          1. Shutdown windows and reboot network devices and modem

          (Just in case and also if processes are still running in background that shouldn't be)

          2. Logon to Netflix using your normal browser and go to Account, settings, sign out all devices, and signout

          3. Delete all folders/files under following 3 paths:

          DVDFab>StreamFab>localdata>

          Documents>DVDFab>StreamFab>

          "Your User ID">AppData>Local>Temp> (running processes can not delete temp files)

          4. Uninstall old version of StreamFab using Windows uninstall and choose delete configuration also.

          5. Install new version StreamFab 6.0.0.0 from "Download Offline Installer" under StreamFab at:

          In DVDFab download center, you can find and download free full range of products including DVDFab 13, StreamFab, MusicFab, Passkey, UniFab, etc.


          6. Modify Icon of StreamFab to "Run as Administrator"

          Right click StreamFab Icon on desktop
          Left click "Properties"
          Left click "Shortcut" tab at top if it's not already on it
          Left click "Advanced" at bottom
          Check "Run as Adminstrator"
          Left click "ok" at bottom
          Click "apply" at bottom
          Click "ok" at bottom

          7. Launch new version of StreamFab & enter your settings.
          8. Access Netflix and try

          If unable to access/analyze (I'd wait a few minutes at least, although it was quick for me), then close out StreamFab, create logs & attach to this post for Mona/Moderator to forward.

          Some of above is probably overkill, but would not hurt to include.
