No, no, not the login pop-up. The DRM pop-up.

      Cats4U,

      Nevermind...(Roseanne Roseannadanna ).

      I read your post wrong.

I'm gonna try a test on this HBOMax issue, I've got an idea of what might be causing a problem for some users (and me) and want to test it.

Will post later about it (this evening?) if it proves to be something.

Since several have said that HBOMax was working with 6.0.0.1, I went to update it. Attached is the log after it failed again.

I'm so glad to see you state this - I think these sort of pop-ups do nothing but complicate things, and I wouldn't be surprised if the completely unnecessary log-in one is contributing to the automatic HBO logout. It's like the more unnecessary notifications SF piles on, the more glitches it has. I wish they'd 86 them in the name of improved functionality!

I went back to check... The last time this was working correctly was Oct 31, 2022. It failed, the initial time, on Nov 2, 2022.

I signed up for HBOMax directly and am getting the same issues.

I just tried removing the title from the download queue. After clicking to start it to analyze so that it could be added to the download queue again, I get the following:

                Something Went Wrong

If you contact us about this error, please include the following code: 7a9ad89d-7132-4857-a5a3-d370e276451a

After that popup goes away, it analyzes and gives me the option to download/add to queue. I add to the download queue, and then go to start the download. Something strange has happened, it actually started the download now. I will go back and remove/re-add all the titles in the queue and see if they download.

PS: I am using the direct payment account not the TV provider login when I just did this test.
