CSI:Ny on Amazon stuck on analyzing

for several different versions, when I try to download CSI: New York it gets stuck on analyzing and won't do anything.
it only does this with CSI:NY. Everything else works fine

You need to provide more detail.

Are you doing this via Paramount+ as a channel on Amazon?

Please also attach the log files.

If you have 6.0.0.8 offline version from DVDFab.cn archived you could uninstall 6.1.0.0, delete temp/cache/logs & reinstall 6.0.0.8 and see if you can then download CSI NY on Amazon.

I don't have Paramount+ as a channel on Amazon to test 6.0.0.8 for you, but the reason I mention this is that CSI NY is getting an error code 3205 when trying to download it directly from Paramount+ website with 6.1.0.0, but now with 6.0.0.8.
