The downloads work fine in 1080p but none are in HEVC... Has anyone managed to get them?

After some tests I see that we have to choose between the couples HEVC-H265/CVBR and AVC-H264/CBR, is that right? What to choose for the best video quality? -
H.265 has a better compression ratio than H.264.
If a 1080p movie is about 4GB in H.264, then the same movie in the same video quality could be about 2.5GB in H.265.
BUT, for the movies I've tested on Amazon Prime, the H.265 version is sometimes less than 1/3 of the H.264 video's size. So that would mean that the H.265 video is more compressed and of lesser quality.
And for series, not all episodes are available in H.265. So that would mean you'd end up with a bunch of episodes in H.264 and a bunch in H.265Comment
