No Download

I know the title is vague, but I am running into an issue and in this case, on DisneyPlus. I have been able to get items to download but at time, I cannot get others. Either the analyze video displays and disappears or does not display at all and nothing downloads.

I sign into the website in brower and copy the URL, StreamFab see's it bu the same issue above. The 2 I am trying is She Hulk and Shangi-Chi.

Can anyone get this or the same issue?

Please try to delete the cache files and see the result.
If still have a problem, we will need the latest StreamFab log file to better check.
