We get 50 daily downloads but lose them every day we don't download. I think our 50 downloads should roll over so we could wait let's say 5 days and have 250 available downloads which would be handy for multiple seasons.

The same or similar treatment to the one given by the competitor should be applied to the download quota that allows a continuous renewal cycle and not several hours to download the desired content again. It is noticeable in this forum, from the comments on created posts, that the current model has not pleased users. There is no harm in copying what works in the competition. What is bad is to nurture dissatisfaction from your customers for something that can be easily solved. We advocate passionately because we believe in successive software improvement.
