BUG report: srt files malformed

Just downloaded a few series and had problems playing these in Plex as subtitles stopped.

After investigating i found several duplicate lines in the srt file generated by StreamFab. After delteing these extra lines manually, srt played normally.

Not sure what triggers this in StreamFab, but please make sure this is investigated and fixed.

FYI series was Foundation from Apple TV+
