    In our test, it can be downloaded. Maybe you can try to delete the caches and then try again.

      Mona, I am experiencing the same failure on The Last Of Us S01E07 as duranman is reporting. I just attempted The Last Of Us S01E08 and it was successful, in short, Episodes 1 through 6 and episode 8 have been successful, episode 7 is failing.

              Version 6.1.1.2 did not solve the issue with Episode 7 either.
              No problem to get Episode 8 though.

              It downloads Episode 7 in full, but the "processing"​ gets the error:

                    Same issue for me, but also on Kung Fu season 1 and 2. Attached my logs showing the error codes for each failed process. I switched back and forth between the different configuration options but they didn't make any difference.

                      Attached is the log file. Not only does episode 7 not process, it downloads in 720p, even though the first 6 episodes are in 1080p. Episode 8 does process, but it is only in 720p.
