    Prime subtitles conversion problem

    Hi,

Working a lot on subtitles, it seems there's a problem with the conversion process when downloading from Prime Video.
Amazon subtitles are ttml2 but when SF convert them to srt (no matter if it is remux in the file or not), all formatting is gone : position, italic characters…

Is there a way to correct this or at least create an option to download subtitles without any conversion ?

    Thanks.

It's not supported, I will pass this as a feature request to the developer's team.

Mona I also noticed another problem with the subtitles on Amazon:

When I try to convert the MP4 and the SRT to an MKV file using MKVmerge, the subtitles always show up as "Undefined".

So it would be great if the subtitle languages are saved in the SRT file, just as they are named on Amazon.

Any particular reason why you don't download directly to MKV?
