Odd Glitch -- one episode with lower audio

This is probably not a SF issue, if it is, it's because the stream isn't entirely decrypted.
On Netflix, Shadow & Bone, S1E1 is not showing the Atmos/768 audio. All other episodes do. Can someone work their magic and see if it is NF causing the issue or if it is SF?

I've seen lower audio on DVD series' discs on one or more episodes. Someone didn't do a full QA check.

Streaming has some of the same problems at times. A full series will have some with low volume on an episode but not on others. For the most part, I've found fewer problems of this nature on newer series and on streaming sites.

Out of curiosity, have you logged into NF with your browser and checked the episode in question against other episodes. That will tell you if it is a NF problem or not.

When I go in via a browser there isn't an option to change the audio as best I can tell.

I have seen also with a popular TV series on Hulu where one single episode doesn't have the same video bitrate. So basically every episode is 1.5 Gb except one, it's like 1.1.

Still doesn't show anything specific. It says English Original, along with other languages. Nothing about number of channels, etc.
