All recording fails with 6.1.2.1 for Mac

I replaced my M1 Macbook Pro a couple days ago with a new M2 Macbook Pro, and sat down to record some content this morning. But every single thing I attempted to record in Amazon Prime or HBO Max failed. Looks like Streamfab is downloading and the failures are occurring during processing. I deauthorized the app, deleted it, and downloaded fresh this morning too but I'm still having the problem. Noticed the file name is 'streamlab_for_m1_6121.dmg'. The fact the new silicon is M2 shouldn't matter? I hope? In any event I can't find any similar issue posted here in the forum. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes, I updated my version and all recordings/downloads had stopped working for all treated services that I have.

I submitted ticket as well as uploaded logs on a post here but have not seen any response.

this was terrible planning to release a new version on Friday and then close up shop for the weekend and leave us all hanging.

I just reinstalled SF (6.1.2.1) on my old M1 Mac Probook and it's doing the same thing. Downloads video/audio but fails on processing.

Mona, can you respond to my question about M2 support? Since M2 is the current chipset when can we expect support?

The developer is checking this system, it‘s hard to offer a concrete answer to your question at the moment.

Thank you, standing by. I just repurchased a license for MAC after transitioning from Windows. Originally installed on M1, but then just purchased the M2 and now no longer have the M1.

I donīt think the problem is the M2, it is 6.1.2.1

I'm a bit offended that I have to pay 9.99 on top of the lifetime charge to download a working version after getting the "free" update that doesn't work

On the M2, we've tested with the Intel version and it works, please run the Intel version to have a try: https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download...=StreamFab_MAC
