Max will not download content

Max will not download new content, such as Shazam! Fury of the Gods and Bama Rush. Please advise when Max downloading will be available.

It is a known isssue. The change from HBOMax to MAX just happened. The developers need time to understand the "under the hood" changes and adapt.

I don't expect an ETA as the FAB team has ever given an estimate of a fix.
