I have tried downloading Avatar:The Way of the Water from MAX and have been unsuccessful each time. I was told that the ability to download from MAX is not available. Is that correct and if so how do we get notified when we can download from MAX?

So while I'd love to see 4K from FAB for Max like we had with HBOMax, I'm not sure what we'll get from FAB as a first release.

As I expected, its not 1080p.
Avatar Way of Water: I selected H265-HDR10. 1280*692 (bitrate 5578 kbps) was maximum resolution and what I selected. During the download SF reports 720p HDR10 Atmos while downloading. The resulting file is.. 1025x554 (1.85:1) HEVC with a bit rate of 1645 kb/s and does NOT have HDR10. But it does have 640 kb/s 44.8khz 6 channel E-AC-3 JOC (DD+ w/Atmos).
Shazam Furey of the Gods I selected H265-HDR10. 1600*670 (bitrate 7910 kbps) was the maximum resolution and what I selected. During the download, SF reports 540p HDR10 when downloading. The resulting file is... 1280x536 (2.40:1) HEVC with a bit rate of 1131 kb/s and does NOT have HDR10. Again audio is 640 kb/s 44.8khz 6 channel E-AC-3 JOC (DD+ w/Atmos)
So that will need some time to fix. Hopefully FAB or the other app I own will figure out 1080p/4K on MAX... otherwise its time to try and drop the subscription through my cable company and subscribe through Amazon to at least get 1080p downloads with FAB.

What's the update with Netflix and VP9, VP9 is optimized for aYou Tube videos. Netflix stuff should be AV1. VP9 is restricted to Google's products like YouTube, while platforms like Netflix and Prime Video more widely adopt AV1, so is this a fix or a feature? Maybe I just don't understand it.
New: Added support to download Netflix VP9 videos.Programmer in Python, Java, JavaScript, Swift, PHP, SQL, C#, C++, Go, R

6.1.2.7. the version does not have HBO MAX, only HBO NOW + HBO EUROPE module is still there, but they cannot be used to download in the Nordics, HBO MAX will not become MAX until 2024, had to re-install 6.1.2.6, then it works to download, optimal is to keep the HBO MAX module also in 6.1.2.7
