Skyshowtime.com Not working

When using SkyShowtime, nothing can be downloaded or even analyzed. Only trailers can be analyzed and downloaded. Been like that for a few weeks now.

We need more info, also please try to clean related files under the Documents path or even a clean reinstall of the software and then try it again.

Please provide the latest log file to check it too, thanks.
