Streamfab now just exits when downloading is complete. It didn't used to do this. I didn't change any setting. And I checked the settings and I didn't find any settings to stop it doing this. It is darn annoying.

Check here... you probably hovered over it and used your scroll wheel and it set it to exit the program.
