Download TV plays music but no voice

Hello Everyone,

The title says it all. Downloaded some TV shows from Netflix, the TV Show music plays fine, there is just no voice from the actors in the show. The setting in Streamfab have not been changed.

Is there another audio track available for downloading? Sounds like it had picked an incorrect audio track.
Please give us a related screenshot of the options, and a video link as well as the streamfab.log file, we will check, thanks.
