    Disney+ 1080 Question

    First of all, I am pleased to see many titles in 1080p, even if it is for a short time. No doubt it would return again if it were updated, the cat and mouse game.
    From what I have read, the show Elena of Avalor, Season 3 should be 1080p. Season 3 was posted in the fall of 2019 through the fall of 2020.
    Did this get overlooked during the update?
    So far, I have been able to get stuff as new as January 2023.
    The support department ticket kind of gave me the wrong answer. They asked if I was able to see it in 1080p in a browser. Sorry, but NONE of the stuff works at that in a browser.

    Looks like the exact same thing with Vampirina. S01 and S02 are 1080, S03 is the standard 720.

      Currently, there are only some videos that can be downloaded in 1080p.

        Yes, thank you Mona. It was my understanding there was some arbitrary calendar date that determined what can or cannot work. The two I am seeing issues with fall in the date range of they should work.

        Again, I am grateful for what we do get, and maybe my understanding was incorrect.
        The Owl House is even more interesting. Season 1, Episodes 1-15 are 1080, 16+ are not.

        All of the stuff I tested so far that is not supported is 2020 or older, thus the thread.
