It really doesn't matter much to the rest of us because we aren't authorized to look at any of the attachments anyway. Only you and the staff seem to be able to read the logs. You have the ability to read it because you've been around here so long and you had the authorization before they locked out the newer people.

Same issue here, hope this might help

About one in 3 fail either at a loop during Analyzing or final seconds of download. Must download one at a time as queue nearly always fails.
