KKTV - DRM MPD Downloader is not working

When use above link to download from StreamFab x64 DRM MPD Downloader ver: 6.1.2.9, shown "Analyzing", but at the end the task shown "Failure accessing video information, please check your network connection or contact us for help." and result shown "Failed".
