    streamfab 6.1.3.0 (win) and older version disney+ download problem

    hi, I'm using streamfab 6.1.3.0, I've downloaded some Disney+ movies and TV series, the program doesn't work properly. Some videos download them, the majority fail to download or do not start downloading. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling streamfab, installing on another pc, disabling the antivirus and firewall but the problem persists. I noticed that by reinstalling windows the streamfab with Disney+ videos works until the first download error then the problems start again. I had these problems even with the last old versions. I use streamfab on msi GL626QF laptop running windows10 pro 22h2​

    I've been having the same problem also for close to one month. I put in various tickets to Streamfab but the problem still persists.

      Please provide the video link and the related log files to us to better check. Screenshots could be helpful.

        The QA team could not duplicate you reported problem, please use the latest one to have a try, be sure not to login your Disney account on many devices at the same time.
        If still have a problem, please provide the video link and the latest log file, thanks.
