[Solved] Apple is no longer working for me

I've tried completely uninstalling and deleting all traces of both StreamFab and DVDFab and reinstalling StreamFab (6130) with no success. Every attempt yields the red "Failure accessing video information, please make sure that you can play back the video." I've tried logging out of and back into Apple in StreamFab. I've tried logging out of and back into Apple in a browser. It doesn't work on previous versions 6121, 6125 or 6128 either.
