I see the same trying to download Episodes 1 and 2 of The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy. They fail even though they were released in February.

I was able to download all episodes of Silo. (May release dates)

For Hijack Season 1, while it added 5 episodes, only the first 4 downloaded, and Episode 5 failed. Apparently Episode 5 is listed on Apple's site, but is dated July 19 which is still 5 days away so not available yet (I hate when Apple does this!!)

I've asked a while back if there is some way SF could tell the air dates, and NOT add those not available yet to the download queue... I'm not sure what meta data they get, if it has the air date, and they can compare that to the current date, and if air date is in the future, skip adding it to queue?

does the The Reluctant Traveler still fail if you try downloading the episodes one at a time ??
and try copying the URL from your regular browser into streamfabs browser and see if the episodes still fail.

                Doesn't work that way either!

I got a 3 month Apple TV subscription with a recent TV purchase and decided to give it a shot with StreamFab 6.1.3.3. So far the results have been very underwhelming compared to Max, Prime and Netflox. I tried the movie "The Beanie Bubble" and it started downloading at 360P. Next I tried the series "The Last Thing He Told Me". Episode 1 failed to download and episode 4 started downloading at 480P. Lastly, I tried the series "Hijack" and episode 1 started downloading at 480P.

Are these results consistent with what others are seeing with Apple TV and StreamFab ?

                  Thanks,

                  Jeff

That's the best you will get with Apple TV. 480p. It's literally a waste of time. It's an old DVD resolution. Not for enjoyable watching on anything other than your phone.

Sorry to be off topic but i just wanted to say i am so dense. I never noticed your username until now. We talked on the Kodi forums about your Mezzmo plugin because of my huge library. I obviously have a different username there

Thank you. That is what I was looking for, whether I should waste my time or not.

Yes, it is me. I don't post here a lot (309 posts in 13 years), which may be why you haven't seen me much.

I've been doing some additional testing with Apple+ with version 6.1.4.1. Most everything is dome form of 480P with 2 channel audio. I haven't had problems downloading any TV episodes until today. I've found 4 episodes which give an error:

Failure accessing video information. Please check network connection or contact us for help.

It's only happening on 4 episodes across two different series. I can download other episodes just fine.

Here's a screenshot with the error and the 4 affected episodes.

                            Thanks,

Interestingly today I am able to download 3 of the 4. This is beginning to look like a source side issue at Apple+
